SAHA Housing News
SAHA Housing News is mailed ten times a year to SAHA members and affiliates who represent over 9,000 units in the Greater Springfield area, with a reading circulation in printed form of over 500. The SAHA Housing News, also available online as a PDF download, is reaching an ever-growing number of online readers. Vendor members receive a complimentary business card ad in the SAHA Housing News along with a complimentary listing in the SAHA Yellow Pages (.pdf). Additional ad space is available.
SAHA Web Site
Owner members receive a complimentary listing on the web site. Visitors searching for a rental can easily locate you by zone or by company listing. If an owner member has one or more properties that rent for $450 or less per month, they can be listed on the SAHA Affordable Housing List (.pdf) at no charge.
Our vendor members also enjoy a complimentary listing on the SAHA web site - that's right, the one you are visiting right now! Check it out at Find Supplier. If you have your own website, this is an effortless way for viewers to jump directly to your site.
Advertise your company with a web-site banner ads, available to SAHA members only for the affordable price of $120 per year. (Simply provide your business card to be used as your banner ad. If you do not already have a business card or banner ad, don't let that stop you! A simple banner ad can be set up for a nominal fee.)
Other Advertising Opportunities
Greater Springfield Apartment & Housing Association has several events through the year that provide additional advertising opportunities. Sponsorship in these events includes several mentions in the newsletter and on the web site, as well as visibility for your company at the time of the event.
Sponsorship opportunities at several levels are available for the SAHA Annual Neighborhood Bowl. Sponsor a lane for $150, a team for $200, or invest in a corporate sponsorship for $500 which includes a team and a lane at no additional charge.
Consider being a sponsor for the SAHA Annual Award & Member Appreciation Banquet, held in November. Several levels of sponsorship are available ~ Gold at $200, Silver at $100 and Bronze at only $50. Sponsors enjoy recognition in the newsletter and on the web site, as well as on the invitation and during the evening program.
During the fall, SAHA Vendors sponsor a Vendor Social & Program that allows members the opportunity to visit vendor booths, have a chance to meet you in a fun and relaxed manner, and to find out more about your offerings. Vendors share in the cost and have an opportunity to do business with other members and to meet owner members. It's a great network opportunity for all!
