Members Code of Ethics

All Members of the Greater Springfield Apartment & Housing
Association adopt the following "Code of Ethics":
| A. |
Strive continually to promote the education
and fraternity of the membership and to promote the progress and dignity
of the Rental Housing Industry.
|
| B. |
Maintain and operate Rental Housing in
accordance with fair and ethical practices, while maintaining a high
standard of integrity in the performance of all rental obligations and
services in the operation of rental properties.
|
| C. |
Establish high ethical standards of conduct
with Association suppliers doing business with the Rental Housing
Industry.
|
| D. |
Endeavor to expose all schemes which could
mislead or defraud the Rental Housing Industry and the Residing Public and
to seek the exposure to those responsible.
|
| E. |
Seek to provide better values in Rental
Housing living.
|
| F. |
Members agree not to discriminate and to
abide by Fair Housing Laws.
